There’s a whole lot of fuss going on this morning in the talk back radio world of banning the Burqa.
My question is where do you stop when it comes to banning head coverings? I wear a hat, which is a head covering, that can disguise my appearance. People wear beanies to footy matches, I guess that would have to stop.
My favorite though is a bride wearing a veil on her wedding day, that would have to go surely. After all, all women who wear head coverings are obviously terrorists (joke) we couldn’t possibly allow a bride to walk around weariong her veil and carrying any number of dangerous weapons under her dress.
