Silly season is here

Hi guys, been a while between post, sorry about that. At this time of the year two things happen. One we get really busy and two most of the stuff we are shooting is kinda a surprise for someone for Christmas… meaning old dopey draws isn’t allowed to upload much for you guys to look [...]

Family portrait photography.

There are no rules when it comes to family portrait photography, or for that matter any other type of portrait photography. Truth is you choose a style and format to suit you and you alone. If you want a portrait of your family all dressed up in formal wear, then that’s what you should go [...]

How times change!

If ten years ago you told a group of irrigation farmers that their water allocations in the Murray Darling Basin were going to be cut by 50% I’m sure they wouldn’t have believed you. Secondly they would have told you it couldn’t happen, and thirdly they would have told you that it wasn’t possible to [...]

Jessica and Ben’s wedding, Loxton…

How much fun are you allowed to have at a  wedding  before they make it illegal? Beats me but I reckon we must have come close on Saturday. Jess and Ben along with their group were just a barrel of laughs all day. seems everyone knows how to enjoy themselves in the Riverland. To start [...]

We’re outta here early on Friday…

Off to South Australia we will go… Heading out a bit early, to give us a chance to check some locations with our bride before shooting her wedding Saturday. Can’t wait… just love to get at new locations and all the possibilities they present.  Maybe if we get time, we’ll post a couple of pics [...]

Tracey and Michael, married at Trentham.

A couple of quick pics from the wedding of Tracey and Michael held at Trentham Estate Winery recently. We had a great time shooting on the lawns sweeping down to the River Murray. Trentham is one of those locations where its all to easy to get into “relaxed mode” and forget about the business at [...]

Another ballerina…

We’ve photographed a number of beautiful young ballerinas lately, but none as young as Sofia, who along with her parents and big brother visited the excitations studio recently. Share on Facebook

Hey, we’re back on line…

Seems as if we had a bit of a server glitch over the last 24 hours, was a little frustrating not to be able to post today. But we’re back online now, so hopefully will be able to post some goodies shortly….. Firstly though a shooting we must go….. Share on Facebook

Oh goodie…

Daylight savings started today…. around here all that means is starting an hour earlier and working to the same time. great! Share on Facebook

Lauren…

Another of our beautiful Werrimull debutantes. Photographed in excitations mobile studio. One of the tricks in portrait photography is to try and capture just a little bit of your subjects personality. Made easier for us of course if our subjects are like Lauren and exude fun and a joy of life. Share on Facebook
